The One Punch Man is ready

Hi guys,

I could not stop myself from uploading Saitama aka The One Punch Man's transformation gifs. This guy is a real hero. He shows what discipline can do in one's life. Although I did not like this anime due to the extreme violence man :(

Let's get to the main topic.

I guess we all get urges suddenly. To do something which ain't good for us really but we end up because of lack of self-control or find nothing else which would give the same level of satisfaction or happiness.

But deep down we know, that it is just the anticipation of that particular bad habit which gives us that dopamine kick but in actuality. It is not good at all.

The after results are not that good for you in the long run. Be it eating junk food, unproductive binging on content (any sort of), consuming alcohol and blah blah...

Self-control is difficult mate. But you know what makes the habit so difficult for you to happen. Think about the good alternatives which you can do rather than that bad one.

Do something meaningful in life. Something not necessarily productive for you in terms of career. But maybe help someone out. Do something for someone. I guess that would be the best thing a person can do. Isn't it true?

I know man, self-control is difficult initially but keep going and change your thought patterns. Time to unlearn things in life. Time to change the environment. Time to get rid of all those cues from life.
